About Me

At a very young age, I realized that we were being lied to--lied to by every person  or official that  should be  there  to help us, or in  some way protect us.   This put me on a lifelong quest for truth  and  knowledge. At some point I realized that "Knowledge is Power" —it truly is!   That’s how we avoid the pitfalls of life.   Please let me use my years of knowledge acquisition to  help you  find  the  home  of   your  dreams  or   market  your  present  home  with  the  highest  degree    of professionalism.   Don’t go it alone!   I want you to be  as confident as I am that  I can lead  you through the  market  safely, with a  minimal amount of stress.   Here are but a  few of  my unique qualifications:

                            Real Estate

Of course,  I have all the  Real Estate  training  and  certifications that  you would expect.   I am a member of the West Volusia  County Board of Realtors,  a graduate of the  Cooke School of  Real  Estate, and  licensed  by the  State of  Florida as a  Real  Estate Sales Associate.   I have  lived in Central Florida since 1964, and in West Volusia since 1990.

                   College Trained in Law

As the President of Andrews Document Service., an Independent Paralegal Company since 1992, I  am  uniquely  qualified to  safely  lead you  through  the legal  pitfalls of  Real Estate  sales  or purchases.   I have also been a  Florida State  Notary Public  for  that length of time.   I am not a member of  the  Florida Bar  and  therefore cannot  give  legal  advice.   I can, however,  use my legal expertise to insure that yours is a pleasant and trouble free experience.

       College Graduate of Computer Science

I have worked all facets of engineering, as an Electronic R&D Technician as well as an Electronic Hardware/ Software Engineer.  I have worked at local companies such as Litton Laser Systems (17 years), TRW Financial Systems, Micro Innovations, Inc., and several others.  What does this mean for you?  It means that I will always be on the cutting edge of technology which gives me the resources to stay on top of my client's needs

                  Construction Experience

I know  houses  because  I  have worked  in many  sectors of  the construction  industry.   I have worked commercial and residential sheet metal, roofing, ceramic tile, plumbing, electrical, and woodworking. My  mechanical experience also includes being a Certified Aircraft Mechanic, as well as specialist in Aircraft Structural Repair and Corrosion Control.  What does this mean for you?  It means that I know my product--I can identify a good buy, or one that isn't.
